  This eyeshadow is amazing. I love that you can build your own palette. My skin tone is a cool to neutral light tone (PA foundations very fair, Atlantic bisque, and prarie rose), I have dark brown hair and blue eyes. Clear winter if you are into seasonal colour analysis. I find it soooo hard to find eyeshadows that look good on me, they are always too warm or muted. I thought dove would be too light for me at first. But it is actually PERFECT. I use it as a crease colour or an all over colour. Sometimes I warm up the colour a bit by layering it with bronzed clove cheek colour. It makes me look fantastic in pictures. I find the darker colours of the PA eyeshadows have a bit of fall out but the lighter colours like dove are perfect. I am a bit of a makeup addict and usually never work my way through eyeshadows, but I have hit pan on all of my PA eyeshadow colours.
