Exception: When ordering only samples, please use the coupon code 'sample' to bring the shipping cost to a flat $2.00.
International: International orders will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to your country of destination. International orders will be automatically charged $10.00 for shipping upon checkout; this is generally the most economical shipping method (usually excludes tracking number). If more funds are needed to ship the order to your destination or you require a tracking number, we will contact you with options pertaining to your order.
Note: We only ship to countries which have reliable postal services such as Australia, Japan, the European Union, etc. If we feel shipping to your country would be too risky, we will let you know. We will still ship the order, but will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All of our shipping quotes DO NOT include customs, duties and taxes. Any such extra costs charged by your country will be your responsibility. You need to contact your customs office to find out what these might be.
Parcels will be shipped Express Post or Expedited Parcel, (Canada Post), FedEx in some cases. Orders shipped to the United States or internationally will be shipped via USPS, or FedEx unless requested otherwise.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed (to the email address you provide with your order) via Canada Post once the order has shipped. Not all orders will receive a tracking number - for example, when ordering samples, the order will be shipped by envelope with no tracking number.
- USA orders are shipped on a weekly basis out of Walhalla, North Dakota (usually on Wednesdays). You will receive your order without any additional taxes or duty as the orders are shipped from the USA rather than Canada. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking numbers via the USPS to the email address provided with your order.

The information and/or data we collect, when processing an order, is used only by The Pure Boutique. We do NOT share your personal information without your permission. We realize that shopping online for makeup can be a challenge! We provide inexpensive samples for most items on our website. Purchasing samples, prior to investing in a full size product minimizes the possibility of needing to make a return. However, in the event you purchase a product that does not work for your skin type or colour tone, you are welcome to initiate a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. If approved, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the original purchase price, minus the cost of the original shipping fee. You are also responsible to send the product back to us at your own expense. Note: samples purchased from our website are non-refundable.
Return Procedure: Initiate the return process by submitting a Return Request. This can be done by signing into your Pure Anada Account and viewing your Orders. Next to the corresponding order, select 'Return Items?' (found below the 'Completed' status). Fill in the required fields and submit the request. A Pure Anada rep will be in touch with you shortly thereafter. If the return has been authorized, please proceed by sending the product back to us. See address below. Please include the original invoice in the package, along with a note indicating the reason for your return. We are only able to refund the value of the product MINUS the cost of original shipping. Please know that if you received free shipping on your order (over $50.00), the cost we paid to send the order to you was approximately $12-15.00. This original shipping fee covered by Pure Anada cannot be refunded.
Example scenario: You purchase a liquid foundation in the shade “Prairie Rose”, taking the risk of not ordering a sample first. The shade is far too light for your skin tone and you would like to return the product. Write the reason for your return on the enclosed invoice and send it back to Pure Anada. Once we receive your returned package, we will issue store credit for - $25.00 minus the original shipping fee ($12.00). You will have also paid to have the product shipped back to us – so keep in mind that returns are costly. It is well worth the time and expense to invest in several samples prior to purchasing the full size product.
Return Address: Please ship your product back to us with a tracking number since we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we receive your package we will send an email confirmation within 1-2 business days, with instructions on how to redeem your online store credit.

Allergic Reactions: Even though our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, it is still possible to be sensitive to these plant and mineral based ingredients. For this reason, we highly suggest purchasing inexpensive samples prior to investing in the full size product. However, in the event you find you cannot use the product – please initiate a return using the procedure above.
Damaged Product: If your product is damaged during transit, please email us with photos within 3 business days of receiving your order (email@example.com). We are not responsible for products reported as damaged after this timeframe. Without this window of notice, we are unable to open a dispute with our shipping company (Canada Post).
Products damaged with daily use, including pressed powder products which can break when dropped, unfortunately do not qualify for a refund. Our lipsticks are also different than traditional formulas in that they do not contain silicone, therefore they may be less structurally sound. Care must be taken not to twist the bullet up too high when applying, as horizontal pressure can cause it to crack at the base. In the event this does happen, we suggest melting the bullet with a small flame (lighter) to adhere it back to the base.
Due to differences in monitor configurations, personal perception, and the inability of the camera to capture the depth and tones of mineral cosmetics accurately, we strongly encourage you to purchase sample sizes before committing to full sizes.
We offer samples on many of our products, but do ask that you respect the policy to keep the samples to a maximum of 2 per product.
