Canada and U.S.A: All orders over $75.00 CAD receive FREE SHIPPING! Orders less than $75.00 CAD will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 CAD.
Please note that the average cost of shipping within Canada is $15.00 - $30.00 CAD. In cases where the actual shipping cost exceeds our flat rate, we cover a portion of shipping for each parcel that is sent out, in order to offer an approachable flat-rate fee to our customers.
International: International customers will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to the country of destination. International orders will automatically incur a $15.00 shipping fee upon checkout; this is generally the most economical shipping method (usually excludes tracking number). If more funds are needed to ship the order to your destination, or you require a tracking number, we will contact you with options pertaining to your order.
Note: We only ship to countries which have reliable postal services such as Australia, Japan, the European Union, etc. If we feel shipping to your country would be too risky, we will let you know. We will still ship the order, but will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All of our shipping quotes DO NOT include customs, duties and taxes. Any such extra costs charged by your country will be your responsibility. You need to contact your customs office to find out what these might be.
Canadian parcels will be shipped Expedited (regular service) through Canada Post. Orders shipping to the United States or internationally will be shipped via USPS or Canada Post.
Lost or Unclaimed Parcels/Incorrect Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and correct address details at the time of order placement. Shipping charges associated with a returned parcel due to an incorrect address are non-refundable. If the customer chooses to have the order reshipped to the correct address, they will be responsible to cover the entire cost of reshipping the parcel.
If a package is successfully delivered to the provided address but is not retrieved by the customer or is returned to sender, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the order is ineligible for refund.

For orders awaiting payment, please complete using the following steps:
- Log into your account
- Choose "My Orders" and select 'View' next to the corresponding order number [[orderid]]
- Click "Pay Now" on the outstanding invoice and follow the steps to complete payment
- Payments that are not received within 2 business days of placing your order, will result in order cancellation.
Order Processing
- We do our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed (to the email address indicated in order details) via Canada Post once the order has shipped.
- Sample orders with $2.00 shipping selected are sent exclusive of tracking information, as they are sent via stamp.
- Samples are non-refundable.
- Upon receiving your order, please verify that the correct items have been received in good condition. Any order errors/damage must be reported within 7 days of placing your order, as specified in the Incorrect/Damaged/Defective item outline below.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled from the time of order placement, until the order has been shipped. Any cancellation requests outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Return Policy
Orders Eligible for Return or Refund
Change of Mind If you change your mind on an unopened item purchased, we invite you to initiate a return within 14 days of the original purchase date, following the steps outlined below.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to cover all return handling/shipping costs, ensure return items are adequately packaged, and to provide original proof of purchase.
All items returned for refund must be in new, saleable condition, with original packaging intact. Items will be inspected upon being received at our facility, and a refund will be provided accordingly, following the outline below. All original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
Scented Parcels/Packaging: Upon receiving your Pure Anada parcel, you may notice the items and/or packaging carrying a lovely, lingering aroma as you remove them from the box. Please note this is due to the orders being processed and packed in the same facility our products are produced, many of them crafted with essential oils and natural flavours in the formulations. We have had the occasional customer express concern over this in the past, and realize it can be a problem for those who experience scent sensitivities. However, please rest assured the scent usually dissipates quite quickly when the items are left out in the open for a day or two.
If you wish to proceed with a return, please proceed with the return steps outlined below. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to cover all return handling/shipping costs, ensure return items are adequately packaged, and to provide original proof of purchase.

Return Procedure: Initiate the return process by logging into your Account. Under 'My Account' select 'My Orders.' Next to the corresponding Order Number, select 'View.' At the end of your order details, you can choose the 'Return items' icon. Fill in the corresponding fields and submit your Return Request. A Pure Anada rep will be in touch with you shortly thereafter. If the return has been authorized, please proceed by sending the product back to us, at the address below.
Please include the original invoice in the package, along with a note indicating the reason for your return. We are only able to refund the value of the product MINUS the cost of original shipping. Please know that if you received free shipping on your order (over $75.00), the cost we paid to send the order to you will be deducted from the refund amount (approximately $15-20).
Example scenario: You purchase a $25.00 item, and decide you wish to return it back to Pure Anada for a refund. Once we receive your returned package, we will issue store credit for $25.00 minus the original shipping fee ($15-20). You will have also paid to have the product shipped back to us – so keep in mind that returns are costly.

Refunds: All eligible refunds are issued via store credit in the form of a discount code, to be used on www.pureanada.ca, and will be processed within 5 business days of the return items being received at our facility.
Based on the cost of original and return shipping, it is well worth the time and expense to invest in several samples prior to purchasing a full size product.

Pure Anada Items Purchased through Retail Partners
If looking to return an item that was not purchased through www.pureanada.ca, we ask that you reach out to the retailer through whom the item was purchased. All items bought through our retail partners are subject to the return policy of the retailer.
Incorrect Shade Selection
We understand that shopping online for makeup can be a challenge! For this reason, we provide inexpensive samples for most items on our website, giving you the opportunity to try an item and find your match, prior to investing in the full size. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on colour cosmetics based on incorrect shade selection.
Allergic Reactions, Defective Product
Allergic Reactions: Even though our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, it is still possible to be sensitive to these plant and mineral based ingredients. For this reason, we highly suggest purchasing inexpensive samples prior to investing in the full size product. However, in the event you find you cannot use the product – please contact our customer care team at [email protected], where we will be happy to work out a solution.
Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items: Items received incorrectly, damaged, or defective, must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order, and are eligible for replacement, or full refund, adhering to the outline above. Please email photos of your damaged product to our customer care team at: [email protected]. We will not be held responsible for products reported as damaged or defective outside of this timeframe.
Products damaged with daily use, including pressed powder products which can break when dropped, unfortunately do not qualify for a refund. Our lipsticks are also different than traditional formulas in that they do not contain silicone, therefore they may be less structurally sound. Care must be taken not to twist the bullet up too high when applying, as horizontal pressure can cause it to crack at the base. In the event this does happen, we suggest melting the bullet with a small flame (lighter) to adhere it back to the base.
Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined with loyalty rewards or another discount code, and cannot be applied to shipping charges.
Gift Cards
All gift cards purchased through our website are delivered by email, with a gift card code and directions for use.
